You will pay for your order when you place the order. This gets you on our "books" and secures your order date/time.

We also accept payment by Zelle. 

If your order meets the store credit refund policy, we will create a Boards by B Charcuterie and More gift card code which you can use 

Unfortunately, we do not offer 100% build your own charcuterie boards. We do, however, let you choose several of the options on the boards. We also have a comment/note section when you are ordering the item to let us know any of your favorite items. We always love to accommodate where and when we can!

We allow you to specify your spice level, some of the accoutrements, and your allergy concerns. 

If you are interested in a 100% build your own board, contact us and we can offer a custom quote for the custom request.

Great question! We offer our base pricing for charcuterie on disposable boards and boxes. With each order, you have the option to upgrade to a real board that you would then keep. These upgraded, real boards vary in look, size, and shape. I match them to the size ordered. I keep the look to a wooden or classic look so that it goes with most any home decor.

Upgrading to a real board is an excellent option when you want the presentation to be top notch for your guests, or when you want to gift a charuterie board to someone!

If you have no need for a new, beautiful board, then our baseline disposable board option is the way to go!

We have found that the answer to this question varies with which size you're ordering. We have sourced beautiful display boxes with clear lids for our disposable option for the Small and Medium Charcuterie sizes. For our Large and bigger boards, we do not have a box that is strong enough to withhold the weight of our charcuterie boards, so we stick to disposable boards. The sizes smaller than our Small Charcuterier can vary between a disposable box or board.

Rest easy that no matter what your charcuterie comes in, it will be a beautiful piece of food art. We know that people eat with their eyes first, so we make sure our packaging stays on brand to our luxury and premier food!

Great question! The difference between the charcuterie boards and a grazing table, is the "WOW" Rolls Royce factor! Both options are beautiful; the grazing table just takes it up a notch!

The charcuterie boards come ready to devor-- You simply unwrap them and place them out for guests. 

Grazing tables are where Boards by B Charcuterie and More comes and builds onsite. We create a masterpiece from start to finish right on your table, island, or bar top area! You can choose between flat lay displays or a display that includes tiers, risers, and more (we call that our 3 dimensional set up). Grazing Tables are the Rolls Royce of presention. We conservatively size our boards using ranges, such as feeds 2-4 or 15-18. We use ranges, because it ultimately depends on the crowd enjoying the board. We size our boards as appetizer portions, so if you are wanting a meal portion, we definitley suggest ordering up a size or two! Our team would be happy to help you determine the right size charcuterie board! 

When ordering custom cookies, the minimum number of cookies is one dozen.

Throughout the year, we do offer random single cookies and you'll see those in the cookies section of our website. These are usually around holidays and big events! 

Yes! We specialize in logo sugar cookies. We will match the best shape of the cookie to your logo. When you want your brand in their hand, a Boards by B logo sugar cookie is the solution!

We will need a high resolution PNG of your logo in order to create a perfect match. If your logo has a dark background, we suggest sending us the reverse colored logo so that the background is not black/dark. Questions about this? No worries! Our team will walk you through the process. You will need to email the PNG image to Orders@BoardsByB.net

Yes! We love picture cookies! We need a high resolution picture in order to accomplish a beautiful outcome. If the picture is blurry, it will print blurry. We will remove the background on the image so the focus point is the person/animal. You'll email the image you want on the cookies to Orders@BoardsByB.net

Each of our cookies come individually heat sealed for freshness and ease. Our logo is on the back of the cookie. It is simple and discreet so not to take away from the front of the cookie! 

We offer "pop up" style and "pre order" style ordering for certain cookies. This is usually around holiday and big "events." Make sure to follow our social media to see when this happening. During these times, you can order as low as one cookie. 

The minimum for a custom order is 12 cookies. 

The first step to securing a grazing table is filling out our Grazing Table Inquiry Form here. https://www.boardsbyb.net/pages/grazing-tables

This allows Boards by B the opportunity to gather some basic information, and then call you to ask any final questions. Then, we will take all of the information gathered and send over an estimate. A grazing table is not secured until a non-refundable deposit has been placed. 

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure a grazing table time and date. 

The final payment is due 10 days before the event date. Quantities can be increased at this point and the final order is due 100%. 

The minimum number of servings for a grazing table is 30 servings. Anything less than 30 servings will be directed towards ready to go charcuterie boards. 

We offer 2 styles of grazing tables: Flat Lay and 3-Dimensional

The Flat Lay set up is where the food is built flat on a table, island, or bar top.

The 3-Dimensional set up brings risers, tiers, and towers to the display, thus creating a 3 dimensional display. Boards by B offers beautiful matching items if you'd like to take advantage of our renting option. We will incorporate our displays into the presentation, and then return the following 24-48 hours to retrieve the displays. If you're renting our stands, towers, and tiered trays and bowls, we bring all of that with us so you don't have to worry about a thing!

If a client would like to add heartier dips and salads, or even finger foods and desserts, Boards by B can absolutely prepare a heartier table! This is why the Grazing Table Inquiry is so important. After you fill this out, Boards by B will contact you to ask a few more detailed questions, so that we can prepare the grazing table of your dreams! Heartier dips and salads are a great addition! Finger foods and heavier apps absolutely top of the graze, leaving all guests full with delight! We look forward to creating the grazing table of YOUR dreams very soon!

Boards by B will deliver wherever you are! The delivery quote is based on the address, the time of day, and the day of week!

We don't want to over or under charge you for delivery so we base each delivery quote on the specific address. When you place your order, it will charge you $1.00 for delivery.

We will use your delivery address, time of delivery, and day of delivery to determine a delivery quote and will send you a separte invoice for the delivery portion of your order. 

The delivery invoice will need to be paid 24 hours prior to the order date! 

At Boards by B, we know that chocolate pairs excellent with cheese. We always include some chocolate, as well as a few other sweet things, on our charcuterie boards, however, we would not consider these to be dessert boards. 

If you are looking for a dessert board, we offer these as well! These are amazing because they are filled with a variety of delicious sweet things arranged in a beautiful way! Just like our normal charcuterie boards, we believe that variety is the spice of life and we love being able to find unique, delicious items to fulfil anyone's sweet tooth.

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift certificates are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift certificate instead for any value over $25.
